Our film aims to be rated a 15 which means our target audience is going to be 16-21. So this shows that mainly our target audience have answered the survey.
We do not specifically have a target audience in terms of gender, however it is useful to know when looking at the results what gender people are.
Most people said they would prefer a female actor which may be because most of the people answering the survey were female.
Similarly, our target audience mostly said they would prefer a 16-21yr old actor which again, might be due to the fact this is the a similar age to the people answering the survey.
Most people said they would like some information about the story line in the first two minutes.
Most people have said they would like some information about the main character in the first two minutes which may be difficult to incorporate in the first two minutes, however we can do it through the props used and the mise en scene.
Most people said they would like some dialogue in the first two minutes which means we would NEED to have at least one other character in the first two minutes.
The answers to this were very varied however mostly they were around 1, 2, or 3 which linked with the dialogue would make sense.
Most people said they wouldn't mind whether the character followed gender stereotypes. However, closely followed in 'no' so we would aim to make it so our main character did not follow gender stereotypes.
